About the Role

Lead and grow DIMO's national lubricants business, expanding market coverage, managing distributors and dealers, and achieving national revenue and profitability targets. 10-15 years progressive sales experience required. Apply: careers@dimolanka.com.

Responsibilities

Lead and grow the lubricant business across Sri Lanka by developing and executing national sales strategy
Expand market coverage and strengthen distributor and dealer networks
Achieve revenue, sales volume, profitability, and market share targets
Manage distributors, dealers, regional sales teams, and key accounts

Requirements

Minimum 10-15 years of progressive sales experience
At least 5 years in a senior sales leadership role
Degree in Business Management, Sales and Marketing, or related field
Experience in lubricants, automotive aftermarket, or related industry preferred

Skills
