Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and develop embellishment designs with emphasis on beadwork and embroidery
• Collaborate with design team on seasonal themes and brand aesthetics
• Create technical spec sheets and layout maps for production teams
• Source beads, threads, and embellishment materials within budget
• Oversee sample development ensuring quality craftsmanship

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Fashion Design or related discipline
• Completed internship required
• Hands-on skill in beadwork and embroidery
• Strong attention to detail
• Portfolio required for interview
