About the Role
Lead bra pattern development including patterns, size charts, and grading; evaluate customer specifications; participate in fit sessions.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate customer specifications and technical requirements for bra development
- Participate in fit sessions and translate feedback into pattern modifications
- Create patterns and construction methods considering fit and manufacturability
- Assist with risk assessment and timeline management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Clothing Technology
- 1-2+ years of experience in bra pattern making
- CAD system proficiency
