Lead QA Engineer / Associate Lead QA Engineer

About the Role

Own end-to-end product quality and release readiness, lead QA strategy, and mentor the QA team.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of product quality and release readiness
• Design test strategies and mentor QA team members
• Drive continuous improvement in testing methodologies
• Lead API, integration, performance, and end-to-end testing initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Associate Lead: 4+ years QA experience; Lead: 6+ years QA experience
• Deep knowledge of test automation frameworks and REST APIs
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Agile/Scrum
• ISTQB certification preferred
