About the Role

Lead the liability products division overseeing deposits, savings, and fund mobilization strategies at a leading Sri Lankan licensed finance company.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the liability products portfolio including savings and fixed deposits
• Develop and implement strategies to drive fund mobilization growth
• Oversee product development and performance monitoring of liability products
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for liability products
• Drive deposit mobilization campaigns and achieve business targets

Requirements

• Extensive experience in banking or finance industry with focus on liability management
• Proven leadership and people management skills
• In-depth knowledge of deposit and savings products
• Understanding of regulatory environment for licensed finance companies
