About the Role
Evaluate credit applications, manage loan portfolios, and support retail and corporate lending operations at a licensed commercial bank in Colombo.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate credit applications and assess creditworthiness of retail and corporate clients
- Process and administer loan facilities ensuring compliance with lending policies
- Monitor loan portfolio quality and manage delinquent accounts
- Prepare credit proposals and maintain accurate documentation
- Liaise with clients on loan terms, disbursements, and repayment schedules
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
- Experience in banking credit or financial analysis preferred
- Knowledge of credit risk assessment and lending regulations
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
