About the Role

Provide quantity surveying services for national housing construction programmes. Multiple permanent posts available.

Responsibilities

• Prepare bills of quantities for housing and infrastructure construction projects
• Manage cost control and financial reporting
• Administer contracts and evaluate progress claims and variations

Requirements

• Sri Lankan citizenship
• Age between 22-45 years
• Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying
• Willingness to serve anywhere in Sri Lanka
