Senior Software Engineer - API Development

About the Role

Build secure, scalable, high-performance API and microservices solutions for a growing software company, bringing 3-5 years of backend development expertise.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop secure, scalable API solutions
• Implement microservices architecture patterns
• Integrate message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
• Enforce security compliance using OAuth2 and JWT
• Write API documentation with OpenAPI / Swagger
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams

Requirements

• 3-5 years of backend / API development experience
• Strong knowledge of RESTful, GraphQL, and gRPC design
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases
• API security best practices knowledge
