About the Role

Manage all pawning operations at the Kaduwela branch while supporting general branch operations and delivering compliant, exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage all pawning activities at the Kaduwela branch
• Support branch operational functions
• Deliver exceptional customer service in line with bank standards
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and CBSL regulatory guidelines
• Maintain accurate records of all pawning transactions

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of commercial banking experience
• Branch operations background with direct exposure to pawning
• Fair knowledge of bank products and services
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
