About the Role

Support NDB Bank's treasury operations desk handling money market, foreign exchange, and bond settlement functions at the Colombo head office.

Responsibilities

Execute and settle treasury transactions including money market and FX deals
Maintain records of treasury operations and reconcile positions daily
Support front office in trade processing and counterparty confirmations
Assist with regulatory reporting related to treasury activities
Monitor treasury risk limits and escalate breaches promptly

Requirements

Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, or CFA preferred
Prior experience in banking or treasury operations is an advantage
Strong analytical and numerical abilities
Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with treasury management systems
