About the Role

Grow and manage a portfolio of high-value private banking clients in Colombo and Galle, delivering personalised wealth and banking solutions to meet client financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow high-net-worth private banking client portfolios
• Provide personalised financial advisory and tailored banking solutions
• Achieve assigned AUM growth and revenue targets
• Cross-sell wealth management, investment, and banking products
• Ensure high client satisfaction and retention

Requirements

• Degree or professional qualification in Banking, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of banking experience with private or high-value client exposure
• Strong knowledge of banking products, investments, and financial markets
• Excellent interpersonal and client management skills
• Proven sales track record and target-driven approach
