Executive - Collections

About the Role

Manage loan recovery and collections activities at the Hatton branch, reducing non-performing assets and negotiating repayment arrangements with delinquent borrowers.

Responsibilities

• Contact delinquent customers and negotiate repayment schedules
• Manage and help reduce non-performing loan (NPL) portfolios at branch level
• Conduct field visits to borrowers for overdue account recovery
• Maintain accurate collections records and call logs
• Coordinate with credit and legal teams for escalated accounts

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Finance, Banking, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in collections or credit recovery in a bank or finance company
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve collections targets
• Valid driving licence preferred for field visits
