About the Role

Lead or support civil engineering and construction projects in Colombo across multiple seniority levels, joining a growing ISO-certified firm with a broad project portfolio.

Responsibilities

Manage or supervise civil and construction projects from inception to completion
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
Ensure project delivery within schedule, budget, and quality specifications
Prepare progress reports, site documentation, and technical drawings
Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards on-site

Requirements

Relevant civil engineering degree or diploma
Experience in building construction, infrastructure, or road works
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office tools
Strong organisational and communication skills
