About the Role

Senior store manager in food retail requiring 5+ years experience, covering inventory control, daily P&L reporting, and managing stores across multiple Colombo locations.

Responsibilities

Control stores and maintain all stock in/out records
Prepare daily P&L reports for the accountant
Manage stock and submit daily reports to senior management

Requirements

Minimum 5 years experience in the same or related field
Diploma qualification
Food ingredient knowledge and quality control expertise
Purchasing ability preferred
Strong communication in English, Sinhala, and Tamil
Computer proficiency and POS system knowledge
