Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end logistics and import operations including shipment scheduling and customs clearance
• Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and shipping lines
• Prepare and maintain import documentation (invoices, packing lists, customs documents)
• Track shipments and resolve delivery delays
• Coordinate warehouse and inventory movements
• Ensure regulatory compliance

Requirements

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration
• 2-4 years logistics/import-export experience
• Knowledge of customs procedures and shipping documentation
• MS Office proficiency
• Valid driving license
• Ability to work Saturdays (half day)
• ERP system experience and accounting knowledge preferred
