About the Role
Lead four gourmet retail stores end-to-end covering teams, merchandising, sales, e-commerce platforms and supplier sourcing.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop teams across all four gourmet stores
- Manage merchandising, displays, and customer experience
- Drive sales through promotions and product curation
- Source new gourmet products and suppliers
- Oversee inventory, purchasing, and online platforms
- Coordinate logistics and deliveries
Requirements
- Proven people-leadership experience
- Commercial track record in sales growth
- Strong merchandising and presentation skills
- Proficiency with inventory, e-commerce, and POS systems
- Passion for food and gourmet products
