Responsibilities: Perform pre-contract and post-contract MEP quantity surveying. Prepare Bills of Quantities and cost estimates. Handle quantity take-offs and measurement. Coordinate with project teams on MEP deliverables

Requirements: BSc or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline. Proficiency in AutoCAD, CostX, and Microsoft Excel. MEP systems knowledge and measurement expertise. 1–8+ years experience depending on seniority level
