About the Role

Plan and coordinate daily cutting operations, oversee fabric spreading and marker usage, and maintain quality standards throughout garment production.

Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate daily cutting operations according to the production schedule. Oversee fabric spreading, marker usage, and cutting accuracy. Monitor fabric utilization and reduce material waste. Maintain quality standards throughout operations. Supervise cutting room staff and meet production targets. Collaborate with Production, Planning, and Quality teams

Requirements: 2 years in apparel cutting department. Knowledge of fabric types, markers, and cutting techniques. Ability to work under production deadlines. Leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
