About the Role

Supervise plantation activities, manage field staff, and maintain crop quality standards in Puttalam.

Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily plantation activities. Ensure proper maintenance of crops and plantation facilities. Manage field staff to achieve productivity targets. Maintain quality standards and ensure procedural compliance

Requirements: Diploma or Certificate in Agriculture or related field. Minimum 2 years experience in plantation/agricultural operations. Valid driving/riding licence (advantageous)
