Serves as the primary client contact for fixed deposit customers, delivering exceptional service and supporting portfolio growth across multiple Colombo region branches.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact point for fixed deposit clients

• Strengthen and maintain customer relationships

Requirements

• GCE A/L completion with strong academic performance
• Bachelor's degree or undergraduate studies preferred
• Excellent communication abilities
• Basic MS Office and IT proficiency
