About the Role

Lead cutting room operations in an apparel manufacturing facility, coordinating with production and quality teams to minimise fabric waste and meet schedules.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily cutting operations per production schedules
• Supervise cutting room activities and staff
• Monitor fabric utilisation to minimise waste
• Maintain quality standards throughout cutting processes
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, and Quality teams
• Ensure equipment maintenance and safety compliance

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years apparel cutting department experience
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
• Strong leadership and communication skills
