About the Role

Develop and execute social media strategies, create multimedia content, run Facebook advertising campaigns, and track performance metrics for a remote-first digital marketing firm.

Responsibilities

• Manage social media profiles and produce a content schedule
• Create engaging multimedia content (text, image, video)
• Monitor trends and competitor activity
• Execute social media ad campaigns on Facebook
• Track performance metrics and provide regular insights reports

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma in Marketing or Communications
• Age below 25 preferred
• 6 months to 1 year of social media or marketing experience
• Facebook advertising knowledge mandatory
• Fluency in English and Sinhala
