About the Role

Handle end-to-end recruitment and bulk hiring across Colombo and outstation locations for a leading Sri Lankan electrical retail group.

Responsibilities

• Attract suitable candidates for positions from Colombo and outstation
• Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Manage bulk recruitment within defined timelines
• Guide candidates to relevant locations for vacancies

Requirements

• Degree or HRM-related professional qualification
• 1-3 years recruitment experience
• Valid motorcycle riding license with own motorcycle (mandatory)
