Civil Engineer

About the Role

Lead construction site supervision, BOQ preparation, and quality control for residential and commercial building projects in Colombo.

Responsibilities

• Plan construction projects and supervise day-to-day site operations
• Ensure quality control and coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors
• Prepare BOQs and cost estimates
• Interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
• Lead and manage site teams
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 5 years experience in building construction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and engineering standards
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and Microsoft Office
