Plan and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, leading site teams and liaising with clients and regulatory bodies.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously
• Lead and direct construction site teams
• Manage project budgets, scheduling, and cost control
• Administer contracts and manage subcontractors
• Interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory bodies

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 5-8 years experience in construction project management
• Proven experience with residential, commercial, or high-rise building projects
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control
