About the Role

Analyze trim demand forecasts, monitor supplier performance, and support sourcing strategy for a global athletic apparel brand's Sri Lanka office.

Responsibilities

• Analyze demand forecasts for trim requirements across the region
• Monitor work-in-progress reports to identify supply bottlenecks
• Compare supplier performance across multiple production locations
• Support sourcing strategy through data-driven recommendations
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design and production teams
• Track and report on supplier performance metrics

Requirements

• 2-3 years experience in trim, data analysis, sourcing, supply chain, or vendor management
• Degree in Textile Sciences, Fashion Design, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, or related field preferred
• Advanced Excel and Power BI proficiency
• Fluent English (written and verbal)
