About the Role

Lead fabric technology, quality control, and sustainable fabric auditing programs for Sri Lanka's largest apparel exporter's intimates division.

Responsibilities

• Implement technical, investigative and quality control functions
• Support supplier partnerships for fabric inspection and compliance
• Lead and mentor a team of Fabric Technologists
• Drive sustainable fabric supplier auditing programs
• Manage fabric development and oversee garment wash and dye techniques

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Textile Engineering or Textile Technology
• 2+ years in Fabric Technology roles
• Strong leadership and communication abilities
• Color assessment expertise
