About the Role

Lead QA teams, implement quality control processes, manage audits, and resolve customer complaints for a Singapore-headquartered apparel manufacturer's Sri Lanka factory.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA teams and implement robust quality control processes across production
• Train and develop quality inspectors
• Conduct systematic quality audits and coordinate corrective actions
• Analyze quality data and collaborate closely with production management
• Manage and resolve customer quality complaints
• Perform root cause analysis and oversee preventive action programs
• Maintain all quality documentation and reporting systems

Requirements

• 10+ years experience in the garment manufacturing industry
• Degree in garment technology or quality assurance preferred
• Expertise in inspection techniques including visual, sample testing, and automated methods
• Proven team leadership and performance management capabilities
