About the Role

Ensure compliance with machine technical documentation, execute maintenance instructions, and enhance machine availability through automation and digitization solutions at a tire manufacturing facility in Gampaha.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update machine technical documentation
• Execute scheduled maintenance instructions
• Manage and optimize technical parameters
• Improve machine efficiency and availability
• Develop and coach maintenance team skills
• Drive digitization and automation improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 4 years relevant experience in automation or electrical engineering
• Proficiency in Rockwell Allen-Bradley and Siemens PLC systems
