About the Role

Entry-level engineering role coordinating operations, maintenance programs, and equipment reliability at a plantation factory. Experience with tea factory engineering and PLC systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Coordinate engineering operations for uninterrupted factory functionality
Execute maintenance programs to enhance equipment reliability
Ensure safe and compliant equipment operation
Deliver projects within approved budgets
Monitor utilities and spare parts costs

Requirements

NDT or HNDE in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; BSc preferred
1-3 years experience in manufacturing or plantation factory environment
Tea factory engineering experience advantageous
