About the Role

Prepare BOQs, manage cost estimation and budgeting, and coordinate all quantity surveying activities for pre-engineered steel building projects.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of Bills of Quantities and quantity take-offs
• Cost estimation and project budgeting
• Material scheduling and procurement coordination
• Work valuation and progress claims
• Cost control and project monitoring

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction, particularly steel structures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity estimating software
• Knowledge of steel building systems
