About the Role
Lead design, build, and support of Workday integration solutions, handling HCM/HRIS configurations and production support.
Responsibilities
- Lead design and development of Workday integration solutions
- Gather and document requirements for HCM integrations
- Provide production support and troubleshooting
- Handle HR support tickets via ServiceNow
- Research and develop new products using Workday tools
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent
- Experience with XML, XSLT, Web Services, JSON
- SaaS/Cloud HCM or HRIS implementation experience
- Workday implementation experience (preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
