Responsibilities
- Prepare bill of quantities and cost estimates
- Manage tender processes and contractor negotiations
- Monitor project costs and prepare valuations
- Handle contract administration
Requirements
- Degree or HND in Quantity Surveying
- 2+ years QS experience in building construction
- Proficiency in relevant QS software
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
