Responsibilities
- Develop and manage production plans and schedules
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and dispatch teams
- Monitor production efficiency and flag bottlenecks
- Prepare planning reports for management
Requirements
- Degree in textile management, industrial engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of production planning experience in apparel
- Proficiency in ERP systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
