About the Role

Lead industrial engineering activities including time studies, efficiency analysis, and process improvement across Hirdaramani's apparel facilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct time and motion studies
• Analyze production efficiency and identify improvement opportunities
• Implement lean manufacturing initiatives
• Train and guide IE staff on the floor

Requirements

• Degree in industrial engineering or apparel technology
• 3+ years of IE experience in apparel
• Proficiency in SAM/SAH calculations
• Strong analytical and leadership skills
