About the Role
Drive industrial engineering improvements and efficiency gains on the production floor at Star Garments' manufacturing facilities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct time and motion studies on production lines
- Calculate and improve SAH/SAM for all operations
- Implement process improvement projects
- Train operators and supervisors on standard methods
Requirements
- Degree in industrial engineering or apparel technology
- 2+ years of IE experience in garment manufacturing
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
- Knowledge of lean tools and techniques
