About the Role
Ensure HR compliance with regulations and manage HR operational activities at a licensed Sri Lankan commercial bank.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and banking regulations
- Manage HR operational processes and systems
- Prepare HR reports and regulatory filings
- Support HR policy development and implementation
Requirements
- Degree in HRM
- 2-4 years of HR compliance experience
- Strong knowledge of Sri Lanka labour and employment law
- Experience in the banking sector preferred
