About the Role

Manage end-to-end recruitment and bulk hiring across Colombo and outstation locations at a major consumer electronics retailer; deadline August 31, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Attract candidates from Colombo and outstation areas
• Manage complete recruitment and onboarding workflows
• Guide shortlisted candidates to relevant job locations
• Handle bulk hiring assignments within established timelines

Requirements

• Higher Diploma minimum; degree or professional qualification in HRM preferred
• 1–3 years of recruitment experience
• Valid motorcycle licence with own vehicle (mandatory)
• Sales & Marketing or technical hiring experience an advantage
