About the Role
Drive recruitment, performance management, payroll coordination, and employee development at Sri Lanka's premier gemmology academy; salary LKR 50,000–70,000; deadline July 31, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Manage full recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding cycles
- Develop and implement HR policies, KPIs, and performance frameworks
- Administer payroll coordination, leave management, and staff welfare programmes
- Drive employee engagement, training, and professional development initiatives
Requirements
- Degree in HRM, Business Administration, or Psychology
- 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in educational institutions
- Sound knowledge of Sri Lankan Labour Law and HR best practices
