About the Role

Provide corporate and maritime legal counsel, draft and negotiate contracts, and manage regulatory compliance at an outsourcing firm in Colombo.

Responsibilities

• Deliver legal counsel on corporate and commercial matters
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents
• Handle maritime and shipping-related legal issues
• Maintain regulatory compliance across business operations
• Support dispute resolution and risk management processes

Requirements

• Admitted as Attorney-at-Law in the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka
• Minimum 2 years of post-admission legal experience
• Maritime or insurance law background preferred
• LLB or LLM degree advantageous
• English Notary Public licence preferred
