B.Pharm or B.Sc. Pharmacy degree with minimum 120 academic credits
Two subjects from Combined Mathematics, Biology, Physics, or Agricultural Science at G.C.E. A/L
Credit pass in Chemistry at G.C.E. A/L
Registration with the Sri Lanka Medical Council
Sri Lankan citizenship
Age 18-35 years as of closing date
Willingness to serve anywhere in Sri Lanka
