Oversee all operations at The Archives Galle Fort, managing both the restaurant/bar and boutique hotel to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day restaurant, bar and hotel operations
- Lead and develop a diverse team
- Drive revenue and maintain financial performance
- Ensure consistently high standards of guest service
- Coordinate with local suppliers and vendors
Requirements:
- Degree in Hospitality Management
- Minimum 5 years experience in hotel or boutique property management
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Experience in Galle Fort or boutique hotel setting preferred
