About the Role
Oversee garment sewing line production at Crystal Martin's Kandy facility, ensuring targets, quality and efficiency are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee production process based on given plans and targets
- Manage workforce requirements and resources
- Enhance production efficiency regularly
- Maintain absenteeism below 4% daily and monthly turnover below 4%
- Ensure sewing lines meet learning curves and standard hours
Requirements:
- GCE A/L qualification minimum
- Diploma in Production Management or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in apparel production
