About the Role
Lead tea blending, quality control and production management at Qualitea Ceylon's Wattala facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee tea blending, tasting and quality assessment
- Manage production scheduling and output targets
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
- Liaise with buyers and export documentation teams
- Lead and develop the tea production team
Requirements:
- Degree or professional qualification in Tea Technology
- 5+ years experience in tea manufacturing or blending
- Knowledge of export standards and tea grading
