About the Role
Drive property sales for Finco Homes, building client relationships and supporting buyers through the property acquisition process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential property buyers
- Present property options and conduct site visits
- Negotiate and close property sales
- Maintain client database and follow up on leads
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements:
- Degree in Business or Marketing preferred
- 2+ years in property or B2C sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Own vehicle preferred
