About the Role

QS role handling quantity takeoffs, cost estimation, and project documentation for aluminum fabrication, cladding, ceiling, and interior fit-out projects in Biyagama.

Responsibilities

• Quantity takeoff and cost estimation for aluminum and steel fabrication works
• Detailed calculations for ceiling, cladding, and partition works
• Cost analysis and technical documentation
• Managing concurrent projects under tight deadlines

Requirements

• BSc degree in Quantity Surveying, HND, or equivalent
• 2-3 years experience in aluminum/steel fabrication or interior design sector
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• Ability to interpret detailed drawings
• Fluent English with strong communication skills
