Garment Pattern Design & Technical Executive

About the Role

Create and manage garment patterns, support sample development, and maintain technical accuracy throughout production stages at a Kurunegala apparel factory.

Responsibilities

• Develop patterns based on design specifications
• Interpret technical sketches and design sheets
• Coordinate with sample room and production teams
• Perform accurate fitting and size grading
• Support sample development and pre-production activities
• Identify and resolve pattern and fit issues
• Maintain technical documentation

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years garment pattern making and technical coordination experience
• Strong garment construction and fitting knowledge
• High attention to detail
• CAD pattern systems knowledge advantageous
• Textile/Apparel Technology qualifications preferred
