Senior/Lead IFS Technician

About the Role

Remote senior IFS Applications 10 and IFS Cloud operations role covering builds, releases, environment management and disaster recovery.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support IFS Applications 10 and IFS Cloud environments
• Perform Build Validation, Sanity Builds, and Delivery Creation
• Handle Delivery, Release, Service Updates, and UPD Deployments
• License Management for IFS environments
• Setup and maintain SSO Authentication and SSL Certificates
• Manage Kubernetes Certificates for IFS Cloud
• Database Backups Monitoring and validation
• Conduct Annual Disaster Recovery Testing
• Provide incident troubleshooting and root cause analysis

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience with IFS Applications 10 and/or IFS Cloud
• Strong understanding of builds, releases, service updates, and environment management
• Knowledge of SSO, SSL, Kubernetes, and database backup operations
