About the Role
Coordinate multi-site greenhouse and irrigation project execution across Sri Lanka, managing labour, materials and progress reporting.
Responsibilities
- Support project execution across multiple sites
- Coordinate labour teams and material logistics
- Track daily progress and site updates
- Assist in planning, scheduling and resource allocation
- Ensure quality, safety and timeline adherence
- Liaise between office and field operations
Requirements
- 2–4 years in operations, projects, construction or agriculture
- Diploma or degree in Agriculture, Engineering or Management
- Valid driving licence (preferred)
- Proficiency in Excel, WhatsApp, Google Sheets
- Self-motivated with ability to handle field conditions
