About the Role

Experienced QS specializing in structural steel and pre-engineered buildings to manage cost estimation, BOQs, procurement documentation, and cost control. Deadline: August 28, 2026.

Responsibilities

Prepare Bills of Quantities and quantity take-offs
Conduct cost estimation and budget management
Create material schedules and procurement documentation
Evaluate completed work and process progress claims
Monitor project costs and control expenditures
Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and project teams

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
Minimum 5 years experience in construction, particularly steel structures
Proficiency in structural steel and pre-engineered building systems
Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings
Competency with Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and estimating software
